Howard has over 18 years of experience improving business development programs, eliminating waste from business process and executing projects. His portfolio of clients range in size from startups to Fortune 500.  In addition to working with many small businesses in the B2B and B2C space, Howard has also worked with many notable organizations including Nestle, Kobe Steel, Cleveland Clinic and The Ohio State University Medical Center.

Howard maintains a strong relationship with his alma mater and brings his real world experience into the classroom at Baldwin-Wallace University. He has taught a wide array of courses in marketing, sales, healthcare and economics. He is also a veteran public speaker and has delivered presentations on project management, process improvement, business development essentials and many other topics.

Outside of the office:

Howard resides in Fairview Park with his wife, Karen, their two boys, Howie (8 years old) and Henry (5 years old). When he is not in a rink watching his boys play hockey, or playing hockey himself, Howard spends his additional time enjoying golf, skiing, discussing politics, going to concerts, reading and dining out with Karen. He’s also a huge fan of all things Cleveland, including the Browns and Buckeyes.
